At Hide Listings, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. If you experience any issues or are dissatisfied with your Pro subscription, please contact our support team at support@hidelistings.com.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds for the Pro Plan are considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you encounter persistent technical problems that prevent you from using the extension's Pro features, and our team is unable to resolve the issue for you.
- Defective Service: If the service is not functioning as described on our website.
Refund Requests
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email us at support@hidelistings.com with your purchase details, including the email used for the subscription and a clear description of the issue.
- Investigation: Our support team will investigate your request and may ask for additional information or screenshots to better understand the problem.
- Resolution: We will work to resolve your issue within 5-7 business days. If the problem cannot be resolved and you are eligible, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Pro Subscription Plan
- Cancellation: You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds for Subscriptions: Refund requests for a Pro subscription will be considered if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
Exceptions
